"Our stay at Inkary Hotel in Aguas Calientes was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely taken care of and Yenifer made the entire experience unforgettable. She is truly the most amazing host: warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in every detail. In the morning we were treated to fresh, homemade papaya, orange or pineapple juice that was out of this world, the perfect start before heading out to explore. It’s those thoughtful, personal touches that really set this place apart. After our trip to Machu Picchu, they went above and beyond by bringing our bags directly to the train station for us. That level of service made everything seamless and stress-free. If I could live here, I absolutely would. Inkary doesn’t just feel like a hotel, it feels like home. I cannot recommend it highly enough!"

"The entire stay was excellent. The host Carlos, at the front was incredible. He was so helpful. Besides checking us in quickly, he gave us helpful tips on things to do, history information, and even walked my family twice to two incredible restaurants. Over the top a great guy. As a matter of fact, the entire staff was wonderful. The ladies working in the kitchen, the maids were all wonderful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel!!!"

"Convenient location. Expert helpful organized staff, comfortable clean safe room next to the roaring river, nice hot breakfast before visiting Machu Picchu. Happily stored my luggage until my train that afternoon. Fabulous hot shower not to be missed. I’m so glad I chose to stay here! Thank you for everything!"
