Really great place to stay if you’re going to machu pichu. Staff was super friendly and helpful, they even offered to bring our luggage to the train station when we came back from machu pichu. The hotel has an incredible view while enjoying breakfast.

This is a 3 star property with basic amenities. Good location close to the train station, restaurants and bus stop to MP. They pick up and drop luggage to the train station which is very helpful. Room was basic in my view. AC worked very well. Since we were leaving at 5:15 for MP they offered a bagged breakfast with a dry ham/cheese sandwich, piece of chocolate cake (decent), water and a juice.

We only stayed here one night before going to Machu Picchu, but we were very satisfied. Pepe picked us up at the train and took us to the hotel, he made sure we got everything we needed. The accommodation was very comfortable, room was clean and the hotel overall looked very pleasurable.

The room was spacious and with a great view over the river. Staff were exceptionally helpful and we were able to check in a little early. The hotel is situated right next to the ticket office and departure point for one of the bus operators up to Manchu Pichu which made for an easy journey.
