"Beautiful and peaceful property, loved the breakfast (we ordered everything!), dinner and cocktails from bar. Also enjoyed the spa - hydro-circuit therapy was refreshing and massages were excellent. It is further from town, but that’s why we chose this lodge. After our 4-day trek, we very much appreciated the rest. Shuttle service was easy to arrange and always on time. Staff were kind and helpful, arranged everything requested, efficiently. We stayed 2 nights and wished we had stayed longer. "

"The coolest property i have ever stayed. Beautiful panaromic scenery from the room and entire property. The pics of the property on the various websites while beautiful do not do this property justice. The staff went over and above to make our stay comfortable. Virginia and and Carlos were exceptional host. The dinners at the on-site restaurant were prepared with local ingredients and were fabulous. We stayed 2 nights and wish our stay was much longer."

"It’s a quaint hotel with 4 buildings surrounded by a nice garden with flowers and birds. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond when there was a power outage in our building. They resolved the problem quickly and were so nice to provide us extra waters and a dinner at no charge. The hotel is just a 10 minute walk to the center of town and to the Fortress of Ollantaytambo ruins. "

"Wow! The Palacio Del Inka was an incredible experience. Not only was the hotel beautiful and full of rich history, but they had superb service and staff. From the moment you check-in, you are offered a warm welcome and a local tea selection. Alfredo and Walter, after arriving from an overnight flight, comforted me with breakfast and an early check-in. Throughout my stay, staff members such as Diana, Patricia, Miluvia, and Dani took great care of me as I prepared for my Machu Picchu climb and explored Cuzco as a solo traveler. The concierge staff was also readily available and knowledgeable. All I can say is Wow! Thank you Palacio Del Inka family. I hope to visit again."
