"My original reservation was booked through Expedia and, apparently, you two don’t work well together: I choose to pay in full at the property and you guys want a deposit, which wasn’t announced to directly by you or by Expedia. When I arrived to check-in, my reservation was inexistent and between speaking to the property and Expedia, it was very frustrating seeing both of you guilting each other. Also, the carpet in the rooms is DISGUSTING. This is 2025, please get rid of them. "

"Hosts were amazing. So helpful. Room spacious and included safe, microwave and mini fridge. Huge super comfy bed. Plenty of changes of bedding and towels. Secure parking via remote activated gate. Breakfast offers a good variety for a Guest House. Our room had a balcony and a daily view of the ever changing Table Mountain."
