"The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the room very comfortable. Beds are great for quality sleep and rooms could be aired a bit more prior to guest occupation. There are some decor issues here and there with small faults i.e. items removed off walls and holes not repaired, shower configuration, handheld to overhead not working ideally etc. but overall, I was made to feel very welcome and looked after and enjoyed my stay very much. "

"We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. My husband and I got married in Cape Town while we stayed here and we loved all the conveniences. It’s in the waterfront district so you can easily walk to all the shops and dining and it’s super safe. We had no problems walking on our own at night and felt completely safe- that was a big deal for us as most places are not like that. Beautiful rooms and great food. We loved our stay here- no complaints at all. "
