The floors and bathroom were physically dirty. Like boot prints on the floor . Crumbs, and debris. ROACHES. But the safe was kind and I appreciate kindness. Just hire better housekeepers that actually MOP and scrub, instead of just change linens and make the bed.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the front desk staff and assisted promptly. The staff member who helped me was polite and professional, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was unacceptable. Upon entering, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The sink appeared dirty, and the linens did not look clean. Within less than ten minutes of being in the room, I noticed movement in the corner of my eye and realized it was a roach. Shortly after, I began seeing smaller roaches appear as well. At that point, I was extremely uncomfortable and immediately decided to leave the room. The staff member at the front desk was helpful and assisted me with processing a refund, which I appreciated. However, due to the condition of the room and the apparent roach infestation, this location is unfortunately on my list of places I will not return to. The property would benefit from a thorough restoration and proper pest control to address these issues.

Decent place to stay

While we stayed the rooms were spacious and clean they are working on a remodel of the rooms so there was lot of noise early in morning but the hotel for most part is a decent place to stay

Pretty good

Long drive completely exhausted been going since 5:30am. Bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the shower/bat was perfect. The breakfast was okay but it didn't have any meat or eggs. I wanted grits and bacon but got a mini waffle with water instead. No apple juice just water came out and the cranberry juice was orange. The coffee machine was nice with its different options for my husband.
