The property wasn’t appealing, but the room kind of made up for that a little. The sheets were dirty upon my arrival. The doors to the room are like a motel which isn’t really safe in my opinion. Also, the staff doesn’t care if you’re in your room, they have no problem invading your space to clean up. The main guy working the front was rude and had an attitude. The phone number doesn’t work. My shower pressure was very low. You aren’t allowed more than two guests in your room, which makes meeting up with local friends in order to reconvene or wait for a lyft/uber terrible. They’ll blow the room phone up just to make you have everybody wait outside in the Houston heat. The walls are thin, so I heard my next door neighbor banging incessantly. The housing staff will leave your door open during cleaning and you’ll return to one or two flies buzzing around. I did find it convenient that there was a microwave and fridge. The sheets themselves, once cleaned, were too thin for my liking and it took a little minute for the AC to kick in.
