"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. "I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel is in a great location. If you’re travelling by car, you can park at Waterloo Car Park, which is just a 2-minute walk away. The staff were also really nice, polite, and welcoming.
