"Contact in the office found the staff was training an individual and that process did not interfere with our check in. In fact they displayed professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness. The room was better than some in high priced hotels we have stayed at. Everything was at the exceptional level. We will stay there in the future."

"room was comfortable. staff was the friendliest and most accommodating. Spa was decent. Was not able to use steam room or sauna, but the hot tub was decent. Some parts seem broken, but still works as expected, just a little loud. Place is not too far from the mountain, but also directly across the street from the ice rink."
