Nice quiet little hotel just off of Main St. The free breakfast buffet included in the stay was great. Not your average free continental breakfast like most of the other corporate hotel properties offer. They make fresh pancakes, breakfast potatoes with peppers and onions and great scrambled eggs with some ground sausage mixed in which was delicious! I would absolutely stay again. Super friendly staff that also quickly handled a little issue I had with my room after checking in.

This place has a great variety of lodging options for groups of all sizes (or a single person). Well appointed, and super conveniently located. Pet friendly with a very reasonable daily pet fee. The Cinnamon Bear Inn has easily become my go to favorite in Mammoth.

The location off the main road kept the traffic noise low, but was still close to many businesses and restaurants that we could visit by walking. The breakfast was freshly cooked, warm, and offered a couple of my favorite breakfast foods--pancakes and potatoes, perfect to fill up for a ski day.

Yes the breakfast was very fresh, it was freshly made in the morning. Mountain view was very beautiful and so much snow. The small kitchen was perfect for my family of 4 very spacious and they provided plates, cups and utensils as well as a small portable stove.
