"Big homely place with a great view of the Kerikeri inlet from the fantastic deck. Plenty of space inside and out, with a nice path down to a pagoda and jetty, perfect for sunny day fun and loungin. We had a great time staying in this little slice of Rangitane paradise, would love to return someday. "

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay here, it was very clean when we arrived and just a walks away from the waterfront. The outdoor showers were very good as well. Would recommend booking here! "

"property was very nicely presented, comfortable and warm. Plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen was lovely and the hostess was SUPER helpful. We felt very privileged to have a lovely welcoming home to stay in."

"Really neat property in a unique area surrounded by bush. House is very comfortable and open - older style but very good. Saw a morepork at night and heard kiwi's. Kids really enjoyed exploring around the area. Candy also goes out of her way to make you welcome. A really good place."

"Amazing attention to detail for a specail retreat. Enjoyed the fire, views, quiet and spa. Nice to have an electric lazyboy and smart tv. Cooking facilities are good. Bathrrom os lovely. Blinds could be improved, getting a little tired but servicable enough. A fabulous relaxing stay, i have recommeded to friends, and I'm keen to return myself!"

"We like to find different and if possible unique places of accommodation on our travels and the carriage house full filled that brief exceedingly well. It's the whole package that's unique and the only way to discover this is to book it and discover for yourself. Other reviews will give you a clue. I very rarely give reviews on places but this is an exception for an exceptional package. The house, the location, the host, horses, carriages, vintage cars, The stone house and surrounds and all that...

"A lovely property, a newly renovated villa in a quiet location surrounded by fields. Mostly well equipped, but lacking a few details like somewhere to hang towels in the bathrooms. Bath plug leaked and TV turned itself on at full volume at 7.30 am!! Good location for access to Twin Coast rail trail."
