"I really enjoyed my stay at Pacific 19 in Kona and would definitely stay here again. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The property itself was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was very nice and welcoming. I also had no issues with noise or construction during my stay.
The bathroom was my biggest drawback. It was fairly small and felt a little outdated, although it was clean and functional. The shower in particular was a tight squeeze; you have to maneuver around the bathroom door when getting in and out. I also personally wish the rooms had a coffeemaker.
Parking was honestly a nightmare. The spaces are small, and unfortunately, not everyone seems to know how to park between the lines. My car was actually hit while I was staying there, and whoever did it didn't leave a note or report it. Thankfully, the responding officer went above and beyond and was even able to clean the transfer off my vehicle, which I really appreciated.
Another disappointment was the laundry room being locked at night. I understand having security measures in place, but on a secure hotel property, I was surprised that guests couldn't access the laundry after certain hours. I really needed to do laundry before leaving and wasn't able to.
I didn't personally use any of the hotel amenities, so I can't comment on those. Other than the bathroom, parking, and laundry situation, everything about my stay was great. I would absolutely stay here again."
