"Seamless check in plus we got two free mai tais! The room was clean and more than adequate. The property is prime location on the beach with a great view of the sunset from the bar. We only used the hotel for a partial day between mandatory condo check out and a late night flight. The staff were helpful in every respect."

"I had booked and paid for a room with a partial ocean view. When I checked-in they said all they had were 3 rooms at the end of the hallways on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor. I took the one on the 2nd floor but it had no table and no chairs, just a bed. I went to the front desk and said I should be given the room In reserved and paid for. She gave me a different room on the 5th floor with a majestic "partial view of the ocean" and the room had a table and 2 chairs (what I had booked through Travelocity.com). I was very happy with the 2nd room. Everything was fine after that."

"The house was absolutely perfect for my family of 14. It had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen is well stocked which is a huge benefit since we cooked our dinners in. The pool and hot tub had the most beautiful views! I highly recommend this home!"

"We had a great time celebrating our 40th anniversary with our children and grandchildren. We had a group of twelve. The house had great views, plenty of bedrooms, a fun pool and spa and even beach chairs and toys the kids enjoyed. The neighborhood was quiet and easy parking in driveway and street. The location was awesome as we enjoyed activities nearby as well as driving north, south, to Hilo and Volcano’s National Park. The air conditioning in the bedrooms and breeze on the lanai were great. It was very nice having plenty of bathroom and beach towels and shampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathroom. There were plenty of garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper and dishwasher soap. "

"Fantastic stay! Would stay again. Absolutely loved the venue. The one thing I wish would’ve been different, is the quality of the air conditioner. While there is an AC unit in every room, it still was fairly hot. Manageable but not as cool as we would’ve liked. Other than that super happy with our stay! We had a fantastic time. "
