Loud room in front of elevator and staff entry area. The elevator was fine but the staff kept letting the door slam behind them every time they used their entry door. Disgruntled guests at every turn - one accusing the staff of stealing from their room, the other challenging staff to a fight when they were asked to turn their music down. Chairs available at beach but there is a charge for use of an umbrella??? Area quiet. Not a lot of restaurants or things to do

Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. The staff were super friendly and always greeting us, opening doors, and guiding us when we needed any kind of help. The room was a great stay and good on cleanliness. I would say they need to update the bathroom floors and wood area looked like it was dirty but was just water damage.

Room was nice and spacious. Limited menu in the restaurants and stop serving food at 10:30. This is not good considering there are not any restaurants near the hotel. There is nothing to do in the area around the hotel. Also extra charges on bill but was eventually corrected
