"Nice resort. Very crowded. Room not ready on time. Staff took almost an hour to deliver luggage to room. Valet park and bell stand seemed always crowded with a substantial wait."

"The bedding had to be changed because it wasn’t clean. The refrigerator made an annoying sound all night. I think the motor was dying. They responded right away to change the bedding, but nothing could be done about the refrigerator. The A/C fan somewhat drowned out the sound. The location is great. Not far from the Cruise Port."

"This is a sad situation of great venue with terrible managment and understaff rude service and all the bad things you can think of. While the place is good if you are willing to wait 3 hours for to room to be ready after 25 min in line and 30 min wait for your car and 25 min for a towel, go ahead and book it, if you have other option scrool over We were extremely disappointed. They must replace their management "

"Ocean front suite was very nice with an amazing sunrise view. Food and drinks at the pool bar were good. Jacuzzi could have been cleaner and area was a bit noisy at times due to next door construction. The flat 35$ fee for parking is a bit obnoxious if you ask me considering there were a few days the car was only there for 5 hrs. Overall, it was a good stay."
