"Everything at this hotel is nice - the room, the lobby, the hallways, elevators, etc. The staff is friendly and the food in the restaurant is good. This is my second stay and everything was the same as the first visit, so they are consistent."

"Staff was awesome and I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel ZaZa! I was checked in and greeted by Kelley who did an amazing job introducing me to the hotel as well as Houston for the first time! The hotel was also very clean and smelled great. Daily coffee and snacks were served by the elevator every morning which was a great way to start the day and turndown service was provided with a snack and complementary water which was a nice way to end the day. Also enjoyed the restaurant down stairs and received the best service from Alex and Krubel! Will definitely stay here the next time I am in town!!"
