Comfortable stay

Stay was nice and quiet. Bed is comfortable. There was a little misunderstanding when I had my clothes laundered but that everything was resolved quickly.

Hit and miss

We stayed here twice, once for 3 nights and once for 1 night. The first stay on the 4th floor was great - lovely room, great bathroom and shower. The second stay on the 8th floor was poor - poky, shoddy bathroom with no hot water and a box outside the window that constantly made loud whirring noises. On both occasions the staff were very nice nd helpful though.

Everyone at the facility is very kind. In addition to the hotel's facilities, it is a very convenient location for walking around Ho Chi Minh District 1.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was nice, only two complaints are the bed, king size the two twin mattresses wouldn't stay together and the sides of the mattresses were very stiff so the middle of the bed was uncomfortable. The other was beyond their control the sidewalk out front was under construction and was just crushed stone so tripping was an issue

Very decent, good clean small hotel

A nice hotel in the middle of the city, close to all sites..- a traditional hotel, which is in good upkeep! Not luxurious, but the price is very good and it is all, what the decent traveler needs. I stayed here many times during past years too..- never disappointed..- the doorman is with the hotel for a long long time and always kind..

The Spring Hotel is in a very good location, 1 block away from VinCom Shopping Center. The front desk staff is very nice and helpful. The room looks like it need new paint.

Disappointing - checked out early

Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly staff member. Went up to my room and upon first impressions I was quite happy, however things went downhill from here. Above my room there was constant noise… either someone dropping things or who knows what. Found a gecko in the bathroom and wanted someone the get him out of the room… staff solution was bug spray.. not really what I wanted otherwise I would have let him be. Noise continued through the night with guests arriving at 3am… (I would advise reception to tell customers arriving late to try and be quiet). Unfortunately the following day the noise continued while I was trying to get some work done… I went to the reception to ask if there were any renovations going on… I was aware of building going on next door, however this was right above my room… staff didn’t seem to care, and just wrote it off as next door… and didn’t even want to come up and listen… a room change would have been the solution at this point… waited another 4 hours and it continued… past 5:30 (after construction next door had stopped) hence it wasn’t the building next door…I had to book another hotel and forfeit 1 night… they gave me a refund for 1 night (was staying 3 nights overall). So lost one night.. but couldn’t stand another night here. Reception was having a good laugh with her boss on the phone when checking if I could get a refund… not exactly good interpersonal skills…. Overall it’s probably ok for some… but not for me.
