This was a perfect stay. The staff were amazing. The room was a little dated but very comfortable and had a nice view. The breakfast buffet was five star. Probably the best breakfast buffet I have seen. They even surprised me by delivering a birthday cake for me on my birthday.

Basic hotel overall. Not enough sunbeds by the pool. Service was inconsistent. Old rooms, dirty windows, and so NOISY as there’s a venue nearby that plays loud dance music between 9am - 11pm daily (5 nights stay). Note - this was noticeable despite asking for a quiet room. Go to Reverie instead - went there on our last trip and it was amazing.

The Presidential Suite and executive lounge were fantastic, but what truly stood out was the warm, attentive service from every member of staff. Special thanks to Emily, Veronica, Tanya, Nancy, and Mia in the lounge – and especially to Emily for her excellent advice and genuine care. From the reception to the restaurant, the service was flawless and even surpassed what we’ve experienced in Dubai. Posh, clean, and comfy stay

Posh looking hotel. Nice and clean facilities. Has a badminton 'court' beside the gym which provides a little fun. Great and responsive service. Huge bed that can sleep 3-4 people. Water pressure is too strong, not painful but waste water. Lights in the room turns on by itself in the middle of the night but was solved by the technician with a change of the display panel.
