The hotel is very well situated, centrally located, and in a great area. It can get a bit noisy at night due to a club located across the street. The breakfast is excellent, and the amenities are very good. All the staff were helpful and accommodating. In particular, Hieu assisted me with arranging my fast-track service to the airport, departure, and laundry requests, which I truly appreciated.

The rooms were good for the visit and the hotel is located in the ideal spot if you’re visiting for sightseeing and shopping. Lots of restaurants, Spas and shops in close proximity. Very easy to get around. The breakfast buffet was very enjoyable with a mix of different options.

My family had another great stay at the A&Em Saigon Hotel. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. We have had to change our itinerary a few times and they understand and are super accommodating. The rooms are large and comfortable and the breakfast menu is diverse and tasty. I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a great stay in central district 1/Ben Thành market area. Well definitely be back

Was given a complimentary 30 minute Foot Massage that was absolutely amazing! All the staff I met went above and beyond the call of duty. Hang Vo clearly treats her guest like long list friends or family. The young man working the lobby did so with great care with zero expectations. The young lady who cared for me daily by cleaning my room was always a bright spot in my day! Truly felt welcomed.

Overall it was a good stay. Staff were attentive snd very flexible with allowing me to see all the open VIP rooms that were available so that we can move into. Our first room, the shower didn’t have any partition so water got all over the floor with the strong flow. Or final room, the lock wasn’t working so then they were able to replace it right away and even gave us pedicure vouchers. The food was only so so. I think the smell in the restaurant put me off a bit. Tea time was only ok. The location was great. It was near Ben Thanh market which made out easy to walk everywhere but a bit noisy at night if you don’t like noise then not for you.

Great location

We had a VIP room which unfortunately was straight above the bar, so was noisy most nights until 2am. The wall in our toilet had poo splatter from a prior stay, so needs a good clean. Other than that it was great. Breakfast was lovely, good variety of food. Pool was very welcoming during the 30°+ days.
