Really nice hotel and friendly staff. Really liked the idea of coins to be used to purchase goods at the bar. The only strange thing for a hotel like The Knot was that if you wanted your room cleaned other than emptying bins and changing towels you had to pay extra. Location excellent for Peace Memorial and other places of interest.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at the Knot. Easy walk to the Hiroshima Memorial and downtown area. Staff was friendly and helpful and the property was very clean and well maintained. Hotel restaurant was also amazing. Highly recommend, especially for the price point.

We are family of 4 ( 2 adults 2 kids). The hotel is a few blocks to the museum, memorial park, dome and ferry to Miyajima. There is many local restaurants and food is delicious. Room is very clean, spacious enough for us and had a nice view of the city. Bonus Hotel provided coins at check in that you can exchange to grab snacks and drinks at the bar on the 14th floor. It’s beautiful view of the city. There is coin laundromat on the 2nd floor. This made it very convenient for us. I do wish they have a machine we can exchange our bills for coins. We stayed there for 3 nights and there is no room cleaning service. They do change your towels and take out the trash daily. Also there is no staffs at the lobby at night. You will need your room card to enter and access hotel. For the price, location and cleanliness I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

I have nothing bad to say about this property, staff and location! The hotel is clean and the room was excellent! It’s close to the Dome and Miyajima boat. The staff was very kind and responsive. I’d definitely recommend the Knot Hiroshima for anyone going to Hiroshima!!

This felt like a fairly standard Japan hotel. The rooms were small but comfortable enough. The location was close to Peace Memorial Park and convenient to train stations. The only negative was that they give you tokens to redeem at the hotel happy hour but, as it turned out, drinks in the restaurant were cheaper than drinks during the happy hour (which took place on the top floor of the hotel) so we felt like the hotel tried to intentionally mislead us. While the rooms were fine and I would have given a better review, the situation with the happy hour left a pretty sour taste in my mouth for this hotel.

No body sponge in room. Realized when I was about to take a shower and too late. No greeting from cleaning crews. Not enough toilet paper or stock of toilet paper roll. No phone in room.
