"The pictures certainly do better for this place than actual reality. Very large Best Western and restaurant and check in staff were as expected; however the room we had was not up to most Best Westwrn standards we are accustomed to. The room was spacious but smelled very wet and musty. The carpet was in need of a good cleaning. The heat was on in the room when we arrived on a 90 degree day so it took a bit of time to cool it down. We believe the heat was on in order to dry out the moisture in the room. The bathroom handle was broken and kept falling off and the sink had a constant drip. On the bright side…we were on the wooded side in the back of the property and it was very quiet so we were happy for that. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean and plentiful.. The lamps had plug ins on their bases, but no usb availability for phone charging, etc. The stay was just ok for us. We would choose a different location to stay next time in Eureka Springs, and not recommend this hotel, as there are many options in this quaint cute mountain town."
