"Garden Suite was lovely and beautiful bathroom (with TV screen set in the tiles!) Lovely quality breakfast. Allowed to leave dog in room, but not to take him into breakfast which was understandable. Our dog kicked off barking and we couldn't leave him. "Plenty of positives: high quality complementary toiletries, Dyson hair dryer, coffee machine & kettle, fresh milk & water provided, facilities downstairs were excellent and comfortable, food good, staff friendly and helpful. However, we were in a standard room which was not of the same standard. Shabby decor, small & cramped; only one chair, internal phone not working, WIFI unusable in room, bathroom sink didn’t drain and toilet ran constantly, poor shower. If you have any mobility issues you need to let them know before booking as there is no lift and we had a shower over bath."
