"Tybee Island is a must see. Beautiful sites and ocean. Sea and Breeze hotel is in a nice location. Staff was very nice."

"Disappointing stay. The room was very loud, from people in the next room. The parking situation was very tight. We were in a room in the main building, I guess, that is set back from the beach. So we had a very small view of the beach. Breakfast was not good. Overall I expected better, for the price."

Was disappointing to find out the town was doing work on the beach.So it was non accessible, you could access it through a shuttle to an open beach.But did not wanna do that, miss being able just to walk out on the beach. The property is great, so when the town finishes the beach, it will be excellent!"

"The hotel is looking worn. The staff was friendly. I requested a bathrobe to our room twice but nothing ever arrived. The breakfast buffet is very nice with good wait staff."

"Clean, friendly environment, live music right on the beach with an outdoor bar that has excellent frozen fruity drinks. Beach right outside hotel so you don’t have to fight for a public beach parking spot, and that’s a big deal by itself. Second year in a row staying here and wouldn’t choose a different location in the future."

"Rooms dirty, all hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner were empty. room was smelly, unable to access beach due to film production. Loud most of night due to film production. I would NOT recommend this property to anyone. the check in staff we nice, the check out staff didn't care at all.... "
