The whole villa has new vinyl plank flooring and there is a brand new washer and dryer for your convenience. The primary bedroom features a king sized bed with an updated en suite. The guest bedroom features a set of twin beds and great closet space and is across from the updated hall bathroom.

South Beach Marina is only steps away from your villa for all of your shopping, dining, and outdoor activities. The 5,000-acre Sea Pines resort includes the Harbour Town Links of RBC Heritage fame, as well as Hilton Head’s iconic candy-striped lighthouse. Explore the 605-acre forest preserve on foot or horseback, or head out on the water on a dolphin cruise, fishing excursion, or a peaceful kayak trip through the bustling marinas at South Beach and Harbour Town.
