"Staff was great, area not great . Walked into a roach crawling on the tv stand, the lotion dispenser looked like a mechanic had used it , so much grime . The bathroom door was the same the door had grime the restroom wall was dirty restroom wall was pink like the pink dirty grim on a dirty tub. "

"The hotel was really charming. It wasn't a giant resort or chain. It felt like a vacation and was so comfortable. The room and all common areas were clean. The pool area was great and there were tons of seating and gathering places including a fire pit, some cabanas, and just some family type gathering spaces.The staff was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this great little place to anyone. "

"The front desk clerks were very friendly, helpful and kind. The room attendant was very helpful. The Tamarindo restaurant was excellent. No charge for parking!!!! The room was beautiful and very comfortable and clean."

"Part 1 - I'm someone who is a regular 9-5 worker who wanted to splurge on her mom for her bday. Overall, the place is nice. But, for paying almost $1K for just 2 nights (yes, even if it was an Ocean View Room), there are some things that I feel should not be an issue. The view from the 1st level balcony was obstructed. We were in the corner, next to the pool. (Specifically rm 4107). Don't ask for that room if you don't want people walking right in front of your balcony because the gate to the pool and cabanas is right there). To see The Queen Mary from your balcony you have to walk out away from your balcony, look to the right and THEN it's there. But it would be been nice to know that. I wouldve asked for an unobstructed view. They do not tell you that when they give you the room. Also, for paying almost $1k for 2 nights, The vending machines should work. And be filled IF they work. I also shouldn't have to ask for the robes/slippers that were supposed to be in the room already. (I asked for both, they just gave me the robes. They did not bring slippers). They said it's only if available and upon request. The website does not say that. Whoever took the pictures for the site, BRAVO! As higher end as it's portrayed through pictures, you would think they would provide enough luggage carriers. Nope. Bed in room 4107(which is also a connecting room..did not want that) literally makes noise every time you move. Walls are thin....you can hear snoring even when it wasn't loud. "

"No. First room had a HUGE cockraoch crawling around on the bathroom floor (I took a picture), so I immediately got a new room. I'm thsnkful I checked out the first room before moving my bags in. The hotel in general is very old-looking inside. Overall, it gives the vibe of some sort of shelter, not a nice hotel. I normally stay at a location closer to LB Airport but it was full as were most of the hotels in that area for that night. So, I chose this hotel by default. I will never stay there again. I had my litle niece with me and even she was disappointed. She knows what's nice & what isn't."

"This was a very nice hotel, the staff was very friendly, the gym was sufficient, and the rooms were very clean. The reason I scored the amenities so low is because we booked this hotel for their airport shuttle which says 6 in the lobby, it was not ready at six and was told it would be 6:30. Our flight was set to depart at 7:50 so 6:30 would not work. We had to pay for an uber. Other than that I would recommend this hotel."
