"This was a very interesting place to visit, we were cruising and thought why not see the history of the Queen Mary a must stay, they had a bar lounge with live music ,breakfast was either buffet or order they had tours as well And the staff was friendly and helpful best part you could walk right up to the port"

"Clean room. Self parking sucks for a 15 floor hotel. There was one square for self parking, they had employee parking blocked off with multiple spaces open. Valet told us we could park there since we were only staying one night. They need to get this figured out for $35/night self parking. I would stay here for a limited one night stay close to the LA cruise port. Area around hotel was clean and safe. Anything longer than one night I would choose somewhere else. "

"This place deserves even more than 5 stars. The property and rooms are impecable. This felt like a cozy airbnb. The 2 ladies who work the desk are 2 of the kindest humans in long beach. This location is also perfect- close to restaurants and grocery store. We would stay here again in a heartbeat "

"Room was clean and the staff was very cordial and welcoming. Arrived a little early and they didn’t make me wait too long before checking me in. The property is walking distance to the convention center which is exactly what we were looking for. Some things to consider: the hotel is in an area that is surrounded by apartments. Parking is extremely limited on the street and a parking structure is not available on the premises. I paid the additional fee to park at a structure nearby, which was about a block and a half away. This is a good option, except that I didn’t feel safe walking to the car late at night. In addition, the walls are thin. I was awoken a few times during the night by the sound of sirens on the main street as well as by the noise coming from the apartment building next door. Overall, the hotel was a good price and served its purpose, but I likely wouldn’t stay there again."
