"Toilets a bit dirty, toilet bowl is with water and mold mark, and bath tub / showers clogged, the second sink clogged. Dust everywhere in the wardrobe cabinet. Restaurant staff not friendly and welcoming. "

"Really close to the side door of Copenhagen central station, 7-Eleven on the corner of the street, two good bars within 100m, plenty of nearby restaurants, a Lidl 300m away, and a short walk to Tivoli Gardens! Could not have been been better placed for us."

"Beautifully curated hotel. The spaces are relaxing, the cozy hour is serene. The spa offers a peaceful and rejuvenating experience. Well situated for everything you want to do in Copenhagen. Highly recommend this as a place to stay."

"Great location with easy access to public transport, rooms have no safety deposit boxes or air con in them so they can get hot, there are safety deposit boxes in the lobby which is not ideal as everyone walks past them, some rooms are tired and need modernising, mine didn't even have any desk height power outlets I had to boil the kettle on the floor"

"Hotel was central and near to the bus terminal. Rooms are small but fine. We paid 100DKK more for 4 hour early check in which wasnt bad. The reception ladies are nice and helpful but the cleanliness is bad. The bathroom smelled of piss a lot. We flushed so many times but to no avail. We had checkedin our bags and returned to the room late in the evening so couldn’t even complain about it then. Good hotel but not clean i would say. Also breakfast is a solid 6/10. Not bad. Not great "
