Cozy, rustic, 2-bedroom lake view retreat

Relax and rejuvenate at this remote, quiet cottage overlooking Little Lake Esson in Wilberforce, Ontario. There is no place better to disconnect from the city buzz. The cottage is a short 500 m walk to the lake and the boat launch. This true “cabin” experience means that you put down your electronics and enjoy 140 acres and hiking forest and a swim in the lake! If your heart desires arts, restos and people, you’re only 22 minutes from Haliburton!

Its was nice but spent sometime dealing with ants 🐜 had traps down but need to deal with the problem outside traps that push in to the ground, all in all i like it there very peace full .

Not suitable for renting

Cut our stay from booker 8 nights to only 4 nights Musty odor, felt like mold. Not clean, large ants inside, loose toilet, water pump turning frequently changing water pressure ant temperature. Barbecue rusty and dirty. Lots of dirty yard furniture, had to uninvite my friends who were supposed to join us. Generally very unpleasant experience. Would normally expect refund I would recommend removing this cottage out of your site. If required, I have pictures of condition at this cottage.
