"Outside building was great. Could improve with room maintenace. Our room was ocean view, but toilet fil valve was broken, and takes 30 minutes wait to flush. Window frame paint was peeling. Otherwise its a great place."

"The staff was helpful and friendly, we were able to park on site and the pool and hot tub were the most clean of any B&B in The Keys. Our room was spacious with an extra room with couch, table/chairs which is rare for a B&B. The room was very clean but old use some updating. The reason I did not offer more stars for the Amenities was due to the bike fee. This was misleading on Expedia and appeared to be part of the resort fee. We were charged $15 pp per day for bike rentals. "

"Clean, nice pool area with great drinks. The hot tub was dirty. The elevator didn’t work. Our waiter was not very attentive but a chef or other staff was extremely helpful when she noticed we had not been served. Waiter was eventually helpful, probably just new. The room layout was good for the kids. We think there should have been ceiling fans. The water pressure from the shower was kinda low but perhaps that’s because of the water situation in the Keys. I don’t know if I would stay here again at the price we paid. Then again, it is Key West. "

"A bit old but well maintained property. The suite is big. The AC is a bit noisy. The pool is awesome. Parking is free. Nice stay. "

"The host was super accommodating and helpful, went above and beyond by storing our bags for us after check out. Host is very attentive and nearby if you need anything. They provided some snacks and fresh fruit each day. Very cute spot, close to the beach and decorated very cute. The outdoor areas were very unique, there is a shared seating areas all around the front of the property, with a private back deck and pool. The only downfall was the pool heater wasn’t working, but it was okay because we had many plans and not much time to be at the pool anyways. "
