Was spotlessly clean and maintained as is the case with all the hotels I stayed in, in Japan. It was only a reasonably short walk to the Atomic Dome Memorial Park and the CBD. "To celebrate my sister’s achievements, I wanted to treat her with a hotel accommodation and a special meal. She wanted a Hokkaido buffet at a buffet restaurant called Bridge at this hotel. The assistant manager, Mr. Yamada went above and beyond along with the staff to ensure we had a special table by the window at our desired time regardless of super-booked reservations. My sister was delighted and made her a special memory that would stay forever. The hotel staff know how to provide surprise and delight to customers."

"Perfect final night at Hiroshima. Rooms were clean and rather spacious (considering 2 extra beds were added). Bed mattress was firm and had two types of pillows (the added beds were decent as well). Dinner menu downstairs had limited selections, but enough to satisfy our two families w/ kids. The best thing about this hotel are the staffs. Right from the beginning their sense of professionalism and warm hospitality shined through. From the added beds to the arrangement of the shuttle bus was all handled with utmost courteousness and care. We spent 2 weeks traveling around Hiroshima and staying at Hiroshima Airport Hotel was the perfect ending. "
