夜間の時間限定で無料のカレーやドリンクサービスがありました。ドリンクにはアルコールもあり、ディスペンサーからジュースだけでなく焼酎も選べました。その他、地酒の日本酒一升瓶も2本もありました。（ビールはなかったです。）なかなか興味深いサービスだと思いました。

建物は古く、家具もクラシックですが、それも楽しみの一つでした。バスルームは古いですが、お掃除がゆきとどいており、清潔感がありました。加湿器、空気清浄機などの貸し出しがあり便利。電動自転車の無料で借しだしもあり。スタッフの方は親切。朝食は美味しい。サービスも良いです。駅から、１５分ですが、遠すぎず、とても快適に過ごせました。平日のみですが夜、無料でカレーライスのサービスがあり美味しかったです。また利用したいです。

大浴場あり駐車場ありで快適です

シャンプー,ボディーソープ,ひげそりが 部屋にも大浴場にもあるのは親切ですね 呑んで遅く帰ることがあるので 深夜0時を3時くらいまで延長してほしい 貸し自転車があるのを後で知りました 西条駅前までちょっと距離があるので 今後はお借りします 部屋のTVをつけたまま廊下にでるとかなり 音漏れするんですね.

良い感じでした。

受験で父子で宿泊。見た目より部屋は快適。1階で枕や毛布が選べたり、浴場もきれいでよかった。浴場のシャワーは横のボタンでONOFFだから故障じゃないので気をつけて。説明書きあればよかったかな？息子に教えられたが、他の方もわからなかったので教えました。近くにゆめタウンがあり買出し便利でした。ドリンクサービスはよかったがコロナのせいか時間早く風呂上がりに飲めなかったのが残念。朝食のバイキングもまあまあ。夜の受付の若い男の方は話やすく好印象でした。ホテルの駐車場は狭く止めにくいですが向かい側にも無料駐車スペースあるので聞いてみてくださいね。

喫煙ルームしか空室がなく、喫煙室に仕方なく滞在したのですが、臭いがかなりきつく耐えられませんでした。男性用しか大浴場しかないのも残念でした。

少し古いけど、予備のマクラとか無料コーヒーとかサービスはそれなり充実。大浴場は清潔で気持ちいいし、朝食も重視してます。この宿泊料なら充分かと。

It was the only hotel which had a room continuesly for a two week stay in Saijo. The hotel is quite old, but staff is friendly and breakfast quite good. About 800m from Seijo train station.

予約後にキャンセルをかけたのですが、何かの手違いでキャンセル手続きが完全に処理されていなかったようで、宿泊予定日の翌日にホテルの担当スタッフから、キャンセル料の請求がありました。 宿泊はしていなかったので、エクスペディアに確認の電話をかけたところ、日本語での対応ではあったものの外国人スタッフのためになかなか要領を得ず、こちらの説明が伝わりませんでした。 結局のところ「現地払いでの予約であったために、エクスペディアではどうしようもなく、あとはホテルと直接交渉してほしい」という話だったので、ホテルの担当スタッフに再度かけ直すと、「こちらは料金さえ払って貰えばいいので」という言葉。確かに繁忙日に穴を開けてしまったので恐縮しながらも、交渉を続けると、「せめて半額だけでも振り込んでほしい、口座番号を知らせるから連休明けに再度電話してほしい、連絡を待っている」と。 なんとも残念な対応だったので、大元のBBHホテルグループに電話をかけると、総務の方がとても丁寧に対応してくださり、ホテルの支配人に連絡を取ってくださるとのこと。しばらく待ってホテルの支配人直々にお電話をくださり、今回のキャンセル料は負担しなくていいと言ってくださいました。 若いスタッフ（学生アルバイト？）の対応にはいささかいやな印象は持ちましたが、ホテルグループと支配人様のご対応に感謝して、宿泊はしませんでしたが、評価させていただきます。
