"My stay was excellent! Since day one I was received very good. It is a nice place to stay during your trip to Viena. The public transportation is very close to the hotel, so that is nice "
"Really poor stay from start to finish: tiny room and bathroom, barely presentable, non-working wifi. I would only stay here out of desperation - youâre better off elsewhere "
"Zimmer war sehr dreckig, Badezimmer und Toiletten ebenso. Nach Beschwerde durfte ich in ein anderes Zimmer. Es macht den Anschein als wird sich kaum bis garnicht um die Apartments gekĂŒmmert"
"If I could give less than one star, I would. We booked three nights but checked out after just one because the conditions were so bad. The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, so we had to open the windowâonly to have insects come in. The bed sheets had holes, the towels smelled awful, and I found something gross under the bed that Iâd rather not describe. The toilet didnât flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected...
"Very noisy appartement, you're woken up by the cleaners in the morning. The slightest sigh can be heard from a mile away so you pretty much have to whisper so you don't bother your neighbors.
If I didn't have the chance to catch the shower early, the floor would be flooded by someone before and since there's no rug or other amenities to sweep the floor your stuck with pool of waters mixed with the dirt.
Overall nice privacy and the beds are comfortable (could have used an extra pillow cause...
"This hotel was absolutely terrible. There was no proper cleanliness, no peace, and even the bathroom facilities were not working correctly. For example, the toilet seat was broken, the water in the shower didnât drain and kept rising up to my ankles, and the same problem existed with the sink. The whole room was full of scratches and paint stains. Noise from the neighboring rooms could easily be heard all the time. Housekeeping was also done very poorly â I found spider webs inside the drawers...

"It was a very good experience with Lyf. The check in was nice and smooth, they do housekeeping just once in your stay(halfway through) which I didnât mind since it was just me. The room was clean and tidy, I did notice some of the utensils that they provide were dirty⊠so just stayed away from those. But aside from that, it was very nice. Right outside the doors are two different streetcar routes, making it super easy to get around, to and from central Vienna. Itâs very quiet during the night, the only thing is that the doors are very heavy and they shut very loudly, which might wake some people up. Overall, a very great experience. Thank you Lyf! "
"I stayed in the historical building, beautiful, clean, good service. This restaurant was great, better than other places I tried! Close to metro and the palace. Overall good experience! I recommend "
"Loved the family loft we had as a family of 4 with small children. Appreciated the laundry services available. The place itself is well kept and has a lot to offer. The rooms are modern and well designed. Would definitely stay here again "
"Looks brand new, the rooms are spacious with AC. Everything looks clean, very friendly staff day and night. It is not close to Vienna city centre, but it is a 30 min walk to Schonbrunn palace. We stayed there for convenience, as it has easy access to major highways."
"The penthouse unit is high quality and luxurious with an amazing panoramic view with automated Velux blinds. Its hardly few minutes walk to the central train station so you can be in the city centre within 10 minutes and the high street is just around the corner so if you fancy eating out or getting groceries to make your own meal. Please do enjoy the terrace area with amazing views of Vienna.
Lastly itâs Safe & Secure especially if youâve a young family. "
