"A nice little place to stay! Don’t worry about the distance from the main area. It’s a very quick and easy bus ride with a stop right outside the hotel, or a nice walk along the lake, and we enjoyed being away from the centre. The hotel was very quiet, clean, and self check-in very simple and quick. There are some nice touches, like drinks in the fridge and coffee/kettle all included, which we didn’t find anywhere else in Switzerland."

"Wow such a stunning location right on lake Luzern. We had lakefront room with balcony. Beautiful location about 15 minutes drive outside of downtown Luzern. It was too cold to use the pool but they have a nice relaxing wellness center with sauna. They have an outdoor hot tub but apparently you had to reserve in advance (which was not explained when we made reservation) so unfortunately we were not able to use. "Stayed here during the heatwave of June 2026. Miserable temperatures in the hotel and a single fan provided. The room was sparsely appointed but clean and the bathroom large but the shower was small. Having a light breakfast provided was a nice touch. Hotel is located very close to the train station and Chapel bridge. If they had a way to regulate temperature in the rooms it could have been 5 stars but given the room temperature stayed in the high 80s day and night I just can’t."
