This hotel is wonderful. Awesome location and breakfast is great. Very clean as well. The only thing to note is the it does not have AC if you are travelling during summer.

Beautiful. 5th floor large room. Large clean washroom. No aircon as per Heritage rule. So had windows open for breeze. Unfortunately, noisy outside from diners. Would definitely stay here again. Great central location. Grocery store across the street.

Hotel location is directly across from Lucerne main train station and tours depart from a nearby bus park, so it’s very convenient. The lobby area is nice, but small. Staff was very good and always ready to help. Our room was small and it was very difficult to squeeze into the shower. There’s bathroom lacked towel bars. There’s no AC and our room faced a courtyard car park, so no breeze. The hotel was acceptable, but if you are staying during hot weather, would recommend finding a hotel with AC.

Beautiful vintage style hotel completely updated. Bonus free upgrade to a suite. Disappointed that there was no A/C. Room had 2 fans along with walk out balcony, and a large double swing operable window. Room cooled nicely after midnight. Great location, across the street from the train station ( electric trains … no sound) Central to the core attractions. Great place walkable location.

We only stayed one night but it was a wonderful experience. Recently refurbished to a very high standard . Food was excellent, but rather unusually they charged for tap water. Very comfortable beds. Didn’t stop for breakfast, but the aroma of bacon cooking at 6.00 am was very tempting!
