I was very happy with this hotel. the single room was small but I knew that and the good rate reflected it. and it was so clean and such a great location near everything in this walkable iconic swiss town. I came in straight from the train station, an easy walk, and i was immediately made so comfortable by the sweet young lady helping me get situated and checked in at the front desk. highly recommended for a cozy sleep in the heart of Luzern

Great location; very good breakfast! Janine served GF bread to my husband and he was happy! USB plugs in room were not working but we were fine. Good sized room; bathroom had a tub! I’m not a fan of the combined shampoo and body wash; I missed having some lotion and conditioner.

Classic hotel in the old town, good value

Classic hotel in the centre of the old town in Luzern. Swiss quality and standard, clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. Skipped breakfast this time but I know from my past stay that it is good.

Property looks nicer online than in person. No air conditioning either which is rough when Switzerland is having a heat wave. Shower curtain kept falling off. Elevator is tiny. Wouldn’t stay here again. Surprised it has a 3 star rating honestly
