"Big clean and comfortable hotel. I loved the nice big windows in my room (719) and that I could open one of them to let in fresh air. Staff were pleasant and helpful, breakfast was good. The only thing I missed was a restaurant that was open for lunch — there didn’t seem to be anywhere in the hotel to eat lunch. But no worries, you can find many restaurants within 5 - 10 minutes walk."

"Very nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood near the Alster. Walking distance from the main station, we traveled by train, so that was great. The breakfast buffet was fabulous, and the staff super friendly. "

"An overnight stop with a four night stop to follow. Great position. No stairs at entrance. Lift availability to room as well as stairs. Reception area was busy with people checking in but flowed well and the reception staff were friendly and helpful."

"The Marriott is centrally located, within easy walking distance to the City Hall, the Hamburg Congress Centre where my conference was. It was a nice stroll to the Hauptbahnhof too. The room is lovely and the bed so comfortable. The hotel lobby is elegantly furnished. The buffet breakfast has a good spread. We were there for one week and we enjoyed the breakfast every morning. All the hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. "
