The worst hotel in town

The worst hotel in town. For 140€/night hotel they will request from you 150€ additional insurance for 1 night. And when you make check in they don’t mention and after they tell in the midnight. Also when you don’t give it they won’t accept you will go for a room. Terrible story

I like how close this hotel is to the cruise terminal. I liked that there is a grocery store next to it. I did not like that the main entrance of the hotel and both entrances to their restaurant is not accesible for wheelchair users. I liked how spacious our room was and our bathroom however the shower is not wheelchair accessible.

Nicht noch mal

Das Hotel selbst liegt einfach am falschen Platz, die meisten Zimmer liegen nämlich DIREKT an der Autobahn, zuerst waren wir in der 1. Etage, dann beschwerte ich mich das ich durch den Lärm Nachts nicht schlafen kann und wir bekamen ein Zimmer in der 3. Etage und nicht im Innenhof da alles belegt war. Leider wurde die Lautstärke nicht gemindert. Die Erreichbarkeit ist eine Katastrophe, denn mit dem Auto muss man erst einen Umweg fahren und kann das Hotel aus der Stadt nicht direkt erreichen, weil die Straße mit Pfosten nicht befahren werden konnte und somit das Hotel nicht auf direktem Weg erreichbar war. Frühstücksbuffet, Personal und Zimmer waren Super. Parkplatz je nach Kapazität kostenlos.

Die Gegend war nicht so toll. Es gibt direkt nebenan ein Supermarkt, das ist ganz praktisch. Die Autobahn ist auch gleich neben dem Hotel, also etwas laut. Das Familienzimmer war mit Klimaanlage das war bei 30Grad auch nötig. Zu Fuss ist man in ca.1h in der HH City oder 15min zu Fuss an der SBahn Haltestelle zur S5/S3 damit kommt man überall hin.
