"Chris was a wonderful host! The home was spotless, and many small thoughtful amenities were included. We enjoyed the visits from Stevie Nicks, and apparently she was not in the mood for the fish treats so recommend starting with the non-fish bag first! Even though it was chilly out, I took time to enjoy the lovely deck. In spring and summer with the trees fully leafed out, it must be quite private and lovely! The beds were comfortable, and the water pressure was amazing (it's the little things, ha!)! The soaking tub was wonderful and Chris even had bath salts available which was so so appreciated. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything necessary, and I was particularly fond of the throw blankets to get cozy on a stretch of cloudy cold days in Nashville. The house is laid out nicely and just feels very comfortable and safe to be in. It's an easy drive to the airport, even in traffic time, and nearby 5 Agaves is the perfect Mexican spot!! Flour Your Dreams and Sisters bakeries are nearby, and Dose had AMAZING drinks and sandwiches! We didn't get to sample their pastries, we slept too late and they sold out fast! Thank you Chris for a great stay! "

"Mark was very attentive and made sure we knew where everything was in the house and told us if we needed anything to let him know. The house was very clean and well kept. Plenty of room and wonderful location for our visit to Nashville. Would stay here again. Great place and beautiful house. "

"We needed fully furnished place to stay while we were waiting for our new home to be ready. This place was great. It had all the amenities that we needed. But, the best of all was the owner. She was so quick to respond anytime we needed anything or just had a question. Her communication was outstanding. Made us feel like we had nothing to worry about. And she was so accomadating. When we needed to extend our stay for a few days she made it seemless. "
