It is a beautiful hotel with fantastic location right at the water. The check-in employee was unfriendly and incompetent, however, the manager Lina absolutely made up for his mistakes and was very professional. Same at the rooftop restaurant that we visited almost every day: 2 of the employees were rude and incompetent but Oscar was amazing, nice and super professional. So half of the staff is useless. Also it is very cold in the room and even the AC warmest limit is still super cold, which is indeed annoying. Otherwise, it is a great hotel with great breakfast and great food and walkable to the train station and so many beautiful points of visit

Fantastic location close to the train station. Overlooking the ocean and thee views are great from the dining area, rooms. The breakfast buffet was a very large spread and we really enjoyed the food. The gym was decent. Only complaint was that you have to pay to access the swimming pool. A new concept for us but whatever - just a minor issue. Would stay again for sure

Computer says no!
A lovely hotel spoilt by its modern technology. The car park is a nightmare as it refuses to obey the most basic entry submissions. Not sure what we’ve been charged as text never received. The rooms don’t even have cupboard drawers and limited hanging space, but an iron and ironing board. On our second evening our TV headlined mid movie “Thanks for your stay…” and switched off. The breakfast included in all bookings was amazing but be there before the 9.30am close as they start clearing the extensive range of food choices at 9.30.

When we came to the hotelroom there was no bed or towels for the kids. We were charged to use the pool 50 sek for kids and 100 sek for one adult per hour. The best part of the hotel was the view.

I enjoyed the comfy bed and the hotel atmosphere. The gym was perfect for a quick workout and the breakfast was plentiful with many choices.

The only negative is that there is no way to clean laundry except expensive and slow dry clean.

Is it a low end nightclub or a high cost hotel ?
I had stayed here mid week on business and was impressed but when I returned with my wife for a weekend break it was very different - the hotel becomes a noisy club for locals at weekends (we had to receive an in k stamp on our hand to go to the bar and were kept awake by loud music. The hipster management would obviously rather be running a nightclub for low-life types than a premium hotel for respectable people (avoid at weekends)

Hi, Sorry to hear that your stay didn't meet you expectations. During friday - saturday we have a bit more guests in the bar and restaurants, and sometimes a bit more music as well. We try to keep it at a volume that don't disturb the guests of course. We are sorry that you where kept awake by the music. Is there something we can do for you now after your visit? Great stay
Nice hotel, good rooms and great breakfast. But they had a problem with the keys, but this was a virus attack on Clarion/Choice in all.

Nice new hotel, where the architect and engineer apparently forgot to have an option for turning off fan/air conditioning so you would have to sleep with a contact noice. Contacting the front office staff the answer was that there was no solution, but it could be tried to kill all electricity in the room / pretending it to be empty (and then not being able to charge phones, no light at toilet during night etc).

Fantastisk hotel med super service. Vi synes at have dur med på hotel og i restauranten er en pil nedad. Der var nogle gæster på værelse 409 der havde efterladt deres hund værelset og den gøede og pev helt vildt, vi boede på 411. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen, skønt hotel

God service. Lækker morgenmad. Dejligt familieværelse og der var stillet hundekurv, vandskål og hundekiks klar på værelset. Vi havde dog ikke hunden med alligevel, men der var sørget godt for den.
