"Rooms were decorated well with a modern feel. Bedding and pillows were comfortable. I had everything I needed. Wine bottle opener with wine glasses in the room were a nice touch. Bathrooms are starting to show their age like some people have mentioned, but they were still clean and spacious with a luxurious feel with a separate shower and soaking tub. People at the front desk were extremely nice and informative. You really can't beat the convenience of the location with the hotel being connected...

"I traveled to Denmark and at the beginning of my stay I was at Phoenix Hotel which was in great location, clean and historic but super expensive, not worth the price we paid to be close to tourist attraction. I would not repeat that mistake again. The Best Western hotel gave us a huge room, twice as big as Executive double room in Phoenix which was their largest room there.
