Excellent room, comfortable and with fine bathroom facilities. It is a bit difficult to reach SUYTES as the access road Czernyring is closed due to roadworks. Tricky if you walk from the train station and cross Montpellierbrucke.

Clean, modern, close to the train station and very quiet. I loved having the mini kitchen as a break from dining out. Check in via the key box was easy. My only complaint is that the WiFi was so weak that I had to sit in the lobby to use FaceTime. Note: in September 2023 there is some construction that makes it confusing to get to the hotel on foot coming from the tram stop or the train station. Just cut through the parking lot of Mandy’s Fast Food, which will take you to Czernyring.

Great place to stay, close to the station.
We stayed here for a week whilst visiting the area. We arrived after reception had closed, however we had been emailed a code to access a box with our keys. The property was spacious and nicely furnished. We had a bedroom and separate lounge/kitchen diner. The dishwasher was out of use and there was a bit of a mix of glasses, maybe some had been broken and not replaced. The kitchen was useful, a toaster would have been useful but not a huge issue. We didn't try the breakfast option. The windows had electric shutters which was very useful in keeping the property cool. Our apartment had air conditioning, we requested this when booking as some apartments don't have air con. The staff we dealt with were very friendly. There was a small self serve bar available at reception at reasonable prices. Around 5 minutes walk from the main station and a few stops on the tram to the main shopping area. Would stay again if in the area.

The property was quiet and clean, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. They have a laundry room and iron, but it wasn’t open in the evening, even though the guests have a key card. That was not convenient. The property is about 1 1.5 km from Bismarckplatz and the Neckar River, and another km or so from Altstadt, but it’s only a block from a streetcar stop, which adds a little convenience.

The accommodation was very good . Our only minor complaint was that the appartment was a bit warm and to cool it down we had to open the windows althouth that meant it was a little noisy next to the road and railway line. Some air conditioning would have helped.It would be helpful if there were some milk sachets or capsules in the fridge as we arrived late and wanted to make a cup of tea. The lady on reception was very helpful and found us some milk from her kitchen

The property was roomy and well equipped. We weren’t confident given some of the reviews but we liked our stay and found it comfortable and pretty quiet. The free laundry in the basement with 2 washers and 2 dryers was a real bonus. We had a car so didn’t test the public transport but it seemed close to a local tram line. The floor was a bit dirty but overall things were clean. We’d stay again

Great “efficiency” type accommodation.
Great location for our trip. Not far from tram stop and easy journey in to town centre. Rooms were very clean and great shower! Beds were comfortable, no complaints from us. One slight issue was aircon is not in ground floor rooms so if it’s a must (and it was unusually hot for a time this summer) then confirm on booking with a message. Reception were very helpful. Great trip.

The room space is above criticism.
The room space is very pleasing. Furniture and equipment is nice. A little bit dark in the evening both in the living room and bedroom especially for a place intended for long stays. The entrance into garage is narrow and steep. Quite intimidating. But overall everything was nice.

Simple, Stylish, Comfy Stay. Staff are A++
Staff were the most helpful one that you can find. They do not operate on a 24hour basis but the opening hour is sufficient. I stayed in the small studio and it is still a very good size for 1 with balcony. It is a stylish, quiet, clean, cozy place with a kitchenette which is an extra bonus. It is situated in a new area with business hotels like this. There is everything that you need for a comfy stay. Hot comfy shower water are guaranteed. Taxi cost around 5-7euro, or you can walk for 10minutes on the overpass bridge.

Good choice in Heidelberg
Clean, functional, comfortable. Easy to find and close to the main railway station and old town. Very quiet area and the building itself was very conducive to a good night’s sleep. My studio had a balcony with a table and chairs which is great for summer visits. Of particular note are the superb toiletries - shower gel, shampoo and moisturizer made by CO Bigelow a luxury US brand -something different and a lovely product. If I could have added anything it would be a toaster/ toastie maker. I would also leave a new washing up sponge for all new guests as I wouldn’t use the well-worn one under the sink! These are the only small points. I would stay again and I would highly recommend Suytes as good value for money and excellent in terms of comfort and location.

The front desk personnel is very unprofessional... My family and I were put in a room without enough beds. After confronting the front desk i was told that if i had booked directly thru their website i would have been accommodated better.Hotels.com be aware of their practices. I been traveling now for 25 years to Heidelberg and must say the hospitality in this particular “Hotel” is not acceptable, unfriendly and unprofessional with NO drive to make the customer feel comfortable. My CC was charged 3 times without any explanation. The “Hotel” is right across of a major construction site ( will be a while till construction is completed) and the Heidelberg main train stations with Traffic noise almost 24 hrs a day. Do yourself a favor and do NOT stay their and enjoy Heidelberg the way it should be enjoyed.

Very comfortable spacious accommodation.
Suites are modern, clean and reasonably quiet. Although they're a little out from the centre of town, the tram/bus stop is only 100m away and it takes less than 10 minutes to reach the old town centre.

A nice and confortable place to stay
Very nice place to stay, a brand new building, close to the railway station. The studio was nice and spacious, with a small balcony. Great room, kitchen as well as bathroom, all in top condition. On the other hand there were some minor cleanliness issues in bathroom, also some more kitchen tools (e.g. chopping board) would be handy. Without this a five stars place to stay.

Incredible find in Heidelberg!!!!
This hotel was an absolute GEM!!!! I am so happy we found it. While it wasn't in the prettiest part of town, it was equipped with all the latest tech and decor. Truly deluxe. We were only there one night, and compared to the other hotels we hit along the way for our three week journey through Europe it was a real treat. Staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. A five minute walk to the tram and 10 minute ride into town. I wish they had one of these in every city we visited!

Caution: Not a 4-star but 2-star hotel, no aircon!
It is the worst 4-star hotel I have ever stayed. It actually should be a 2-star since it doesn't have aircon inside the room on the ground floor and staffs are not helpful. Also, the floor is raw-wood floor and no sleepers provided. The raw-wood floor looks dirty and feel rough even though the housekeeper tried hard to clean it. And one morning, something on the floor hurt my foot, like a sprint or something, which is too tiny to find out. Anyway, my foot got a needle red spot, as you can see from the pic I attached here.

Great hotel!
By far our best hotel on our 2 week trip. Sad we stayed for just one night. The room was clean and modern and looked like it had newly been remodeled. The best part was that we were able to use on site laundry for free, they even provided detergent. The staff were nice and helpful. It was also about a 1 minute walk from a great American restaurant, Mandys, which we were really craving after abut a week away from home. It's not in downtown, but it's quiet and close to the bus and tram lines. Breakfast was a little sparse, and not included in the price, but overall it was a very pleasant stay.

We must have missed information somewhere that you must check in by a certain time (18:00 ?) and the nice receptionist had to wait for us to check in. The hotel is close to the train station and nothing else. It is a 20min boring walk to the city. The metro line is currently under repair. The hotels dog policy was unclear and cost us triple what we expected to pay. On the plus side the room was nice and everything was new. If you want a little kitchen in your room this is the hotel for you, if not stay in the town and not in this hotel.

Hotel has no a/c. Check in clerk was so very slow and not with it. Breakfast consisted of coffee, bread and cereal. Free juice was available. Then received bill for breakfasts when checking out. I thought it was included. It is also noisy because you had to keep window open to stay cool. The one good thing about it is there is a tram stop not far away so you can get to the altstadt by hopping on the tram headed for the altstadt. Not here ever again!!!

Quiet but lack of service is appalling
Hotel is located at a quiet place, room is spacious too. However, quality of service is often found wanting. Room cleaning is slow There is also no ironing facilities within each room which I strongly feel it is an important facility for a studio apartment! Service staffs are not friendly and can be quite rude at times. With the same $$, we can get a hotel nearer to city centre whilst compromising on room size.
