"Maria and Wannissa were wonderful staff. Maria gave me a birthday buffet for my wife and I since i had no buffet package. They were extremely professional and helpful. The buffet was delicious. We had a pleasant view of the canal. The room was a bit overpriced for the size...300 a night American including outrageous taxes..overall we loved it and enjoyed our stay!"

"Our room was roomy and clean. There was a queen sized bed by the window, the bathroom was in the middle, and the bunk beds were by the door. The airflow in the section by the bunk beds was a bit lacking. So when we turned the temperature down to 22 C, the area by the queen sized bed was cool, but the area near the bunk beds remained stuffy. The location is a bit out of the way. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to Amsterdam Centraal by foot and tram."

"It is a great location if you are embarking or disembarking on a cruise. However, it is a bit of a walk into the city (approximately 10-15 minutes). The reception area was very helpful in storing our luggage until the room was ready. The concierge was very helpful as well. When checking in, the receptionist said breakfast was included with our package and the restaurant opened at 7:00 AM. I told her we had to leave at 5:30 AM to catch our flight and she offered to have a box breakfast ready for us at 5:00 AM. I would stay here again."
