The staff was amazing and the hotel was very nice and clean however, the biggest issues was the hotel was incredibly hot everywhere! The ladies restrooms were like saunas and it was difficult to maintain a decent temperature. The hotel really needs to address the temperature issues.

Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was absolutely excellent, very helpful. We got a room with a city view, and it was beautiful. We were there on a VERY busy weekend, so some restaurant item menus were unavailable or sold out, limiting dinner options, but the food from the Porch was very good, and we would absolutely stay there again. One thing to note that wouldn’t hinder a repeat stay is that while there is a pool, there is no hot tub, which would have been something I would have enjoyed. Not often you enter a pool area without a spa, but it is a small pool area, maybe they had no room for it. It was a lovely stay; very comfortable beds/accommodations.
