"Hotel a bit battered and bruised in places but location, food and especially the lovely staff more than made up for it ! Would definitely stay there again."

"Room was clean, plenty of towels, would've been nice to have a small fridge, particularly in summer. Balcony was a lovely surprise and all, ALL the staff smiled and were very friendly. I could be cynical and attribute this to the new management 'bounce' but hope it shall continue as I am looking forward to return soon. "

"We booked for my birthday in January. Arrived late evening. Lovely lady on reception very friendly and polite. Our double room had a window with river view. It was very clean and spacious with sofa, tv, tea and coffee facilities, Coffee machine and 2 bottles of water. A lovely card with a birthday message and box of chocolates on the table. The ensuite bathroom was spacious too. Had a drink in their bar area. Views of 02 from the deck is lovely. We had breakfast included which was very nice, good variety of hot and cold food and drinks. All staff are all very polite and helpful. Will definitely visit again. "

"The property is well located with easy access to all facilities in Canary Wharf. It is about 10mins walk from Canary Wharf Jubilee line station. The room is spacious. The room has good facilities. It’s a place good for long stays, or just a couple of days."
