"There was a good buffet breakfast. All the staff were polite and courteous. The room, with a window to the side, gave a view of the cathedral to one side and a view of the marina to the other side. The room was modern and comfortable. The hotel is very close to everything. We will stay again."

Only downside was the sink in the bathroom didn’t drain properly and overflowed if tap left running for more than 5 seconds. Shower head was heavily scaled and signs of mould. WiFi was terrible. Due to location of property mobile signal was poor so WiFi was needed. Was lucky to get more than 1 bar in hotel room. Better in restaurant area."

"Two minute walk to Theatre Royal, five minutes to town centre. Hotel has been refurbished to a high standard, only small thing to add, no extractor fan in bathroom everything gets soaked."
