"High level of cleanliness throughout. Friendly and extremely professional staff. Breakast food was wonderful. One comment is to say that it might be efficient to have? ' pink" breakfast trays and polite note on them to return dishes etc to the tray towers . This was not at all obvious. We loved all the dining areas and chill out areas. Great bedrooms which with high stsndard of cleanliness n lovely fresh neat linen n superb showers. Assistance was always professionally ( booking a Taxi; "

"What a delightful hotel!! From the check-in to everything else about this hotel, I cannot rave enough about it. The lobby is casual and the staff were efficient and friendly. The staff in the restaurant were also very super friendly and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel and chain to anyone, even after only one stay. Will look into staying at this chain in future travels. One of the best hotels that I have stayed at!!"

"The hotel was beautiful, however dropping off luggage is a bit difficult if you have your own car. Part of the side street was closed off so that was useful for our drop off needs, but if it hadn’t been then we would have had some issues. The parking wasn’t too far thankfully and relatively inexpensive with the hotel discount. Breakfast was good as well. "

Breakfast was disappointing — being a vegetarian not many options and the que for breakfast was unacceptably long. Wanting a coffee at the bar area proved to be challenging — they seemed to ignore me for about 10 mins !! Overall a decent experience — would stay again. "
