The Abbey Inn was a lovely friendly hotel . Staff were great, great service very comfortable and clean and lovely food . Will definitely stay there again . Very Central

Really liked the little hotel, rooms small but clean and comfortable. Conveniently located for the Paisley area and close to the train station. The pub downstairs is fantastic, the people and the bar team were great to deal with. We will be staying there next trip home.

I have visited the abbey inn twice in the last 5 months. The Staff are friendly and helpful. Accommodation is excellent and clean and comfortable. Would definitely book in again if I was coming up to Scotland.

unfortunately o ur room was not serviced on the first day after that all was well All food was off a good quality Staff were bright and helpful .Parking was good

Room wasa good size especially since I use a walker the extra room was great. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was great although disappointed there was no cereal. Staff very friendly and helpful especially young Matthew. Will reccommend to family and friends and will return.

Staff were really nice. Ate in the restaurant and food was good. Reasonable prices for drinks and food. Breakfast good. I was in room 6 which I felt was really cramped. The shower was a slow trickle. The noise from the road kept me awake but there were ear plugs if needed. I would certainly stay again and will ask for a room at the back if there is one.

I booked through Hotels.com But i had not noticed the date had changed on there site so when we turned up that night there was no room for us which i appreciate is not the hotels fault but they told us they could see it was a genuine booking mistake and that they would not take the payment for the bookings, but they did take the payment out and after i have been in touch with hotels.com still no joy getting a refund so i will not be using this hotel or hotels.com again

Bedroom stank of cigarette smoke, although smoking wasn’t allowed. Tables were dirty, too little staff. No bottle opener to open the bottle of wine that I had bought!

It was noisy, asked for a quite room ,did not get it we were there for 5 nights . Advertised parking, 7 car parks for 12 rooms and the inn was busy from lunch time till late.Our accomodation was fully paid for had the receipt, the barman said that it wasn’t and we could not have the room until we paid, we were stuck in a hard place we repaid the $ 337 pound .Got in contact with Expedia they acknowledge our payment we’re still waiting for the refund Left us with a bad feeling with them.

Disappointed with the stay at this hotel, when booking there was no mention of the activity’s in the hotel. After booking a few days later got an email saying we may hear music in our room. This was an understatement, until 1am in the morning we could hear banging music through the room as if we was in the venue. After receiving the email I thought to cancel but no cancel policy in place. So be very careful when booking a weekend if you want to sleep. We ordered drinks to the room using the app that didn’t turn up and we have had to launch a case with PayPal to get the refund. Rooms are nice which is a shame it got let down, at the price point I would avoid
