"Everything was outstanding, apart from the fact the dining option ends at 9 PM sharp. Ended up at the restaurant at 8:55 PM and wasn’t offered any food. Other than that, lovely place "

"A lovely hotel in the most perfect of areas for exploring everything Durham. A little more tea and little checks of the room would’ve made it super. Only other slight disappointment was only small amounts of fruit at breakfast. Everything else was lovely including staff and general upkeep of hotel itself. Thank you for a great stay"
