Amazing bach
We stayed here for 4 nights in Jan 24. Amazing place and very spacious. Our 6 year old loved the fruit trees in the garden and the sunroom. The location was perfect - literally 6mins drive to Havelock

Lovely country cottage, modernised with an open plan layout, new kitchen, large dinning and lounge. Comfortable beds and double bathroom. Set in gardens with a covered side porch for outdoor dinning and seating. Easy access to house and central location to Havelock Nth and Napier.

A lovely cottage

Spacious lovely rural property very handy to Waimarama beach and Havelock North - we would highly recommend to everyone, the owner was very friendly and the house had everything we needed. a little traffic noise on the bedroom facing the main road. Many thanks for a very enjoyable stay.

Simply lovely
My parents and I had a wonderful weekend in Hawkes Bay staying here. The cottage provided everything we needed and more. Thank you! It was spacious, comfy and warm surrounded by beautiful gardens. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Only thing I would suggest would be some better lighting on street numbers and driveway entrance as it was a bit hard to spot arriving in the dark!

An Excellent Cottage
We loved staying at Wai iti Cottage. The location was excellent - easy to get to and close to Havelock North and Napier and also close to many wineries. The nearby walking tracks were an extra bonus. The cottage itself was very clean and very comfortable. We would highly recommend this property.

This immaculate and spacious cottage had a breezy and sunny feel, and was perfect for our family of 5. Set amongst a country field with fruit / citrus trees and cottage gardens, it was private, cosy and comfortable. Well equipped with generous breakfast items. We shall be back.

Hawkes Bay Relax
This is my families second stay, we love the house and location to Havelock North. Lovely refurbished house in a rural setting amongst a well kept old garden. Very relaxing and the sheltered porch is perfect for an end of day wine.

Just Perfect
The perfect place to stay, whether as a couple, friend group or a family. The listing photos are beautiful but this property in real life is incredible.. just quality. Additional touches of breakfast being provided and no need to clean on departing were the icing on the cake. Lots to see locally, great vineyards within walking distance and a lovely easy drive to Napier / Clive. Highly recommend and will definitely return. A wonderful surprise
We really enjoyed Waiti Cottage; well-appointed kitchen with croissants and honey for breakfast, large dining and living room and beautiful bedrooms going out to a deck overlooking paddocks with sheep grazing. Private, safe, close to Havelock North and vineyards. Loved it.

Great place to stay
This is a lovely cottage in a idyllic setting and a great location. The road to the top of Te Mata Peak is not far away and a worthwhile drive as the views at the top are outstanding. We visited the vineyards nearby and for 4 of us the size of the kitchen and the cottage was great. We would definitely recommend this lovely cottage and would love to stay again.

A great place for a few days in Havelock North. We enjoyed this warm house with its log fire, heat pump and oil column heaters which kept us toasty in June. Very clean, tastefully decorated and in a great private location.

The house was big, light, well-appointed and comfortable. It's in a great location for visiting a number of vineyards and is close to Havelock North. The bed was really comfy, breakfast provisions were appreciated and the garden was lovely. Communications with the host were quick and easy. We'd definitely be happy to return and to recommend,

Cool little cottage
We, two couples, really enjoyed our time in this cool little cottage. Lots of room to move and never felt cramped. Really great to have separate facilities for each couple. Little bit of road noise but hey it's on a busy road with lots of vineyards nearby. Very handy location for the things we wished to do. So glad that the rain started as we were leaving!!!! Hawke's Bay is so dry. Thank you Robyn.
