"Very very small rooms. Felt quite claustrophobic. Couldn’t even open a window for fresh air. Room was smaller than an interior room on a cruise ship we have just been on. Mould in the bathrooms, and being an old building, definitely needs some of the paintwork redone. Staff at the bar were very helpful in organising a taxi for us."

"Really poor experience. Paid extra for an accessibility suite and found the shower seat so rotten it could not be used! No accessibility parking, arrived late and had to park at the end of the carpark and walk to the unit - not easy for someone with accessibility issues. Cobwebs and spiders in multiple corners of the bedroom ceiling, pretty run down with ripped wallpaper in multiple areas. Pretty yuck overall"

"Everything was just perfect about this place I stayed here with my fam for 3 nights and everything was great, room was spacious and had everything you'll need, and spa was great my 3 year old had the best time in there.Parking is right by the door. All shops r just 1 min or 2 away from here incl new world. Would definitely be back... "
